General Considerations

• We bill via invoice, via email through Quickbooks. You will be provided a payment link in the email so please check your inbox and spam after services are complete. You have the option to pay after each service or to subscribe on a monthly basis to be paid on the 1st of every month. All payments come with a 3 day grace period.
• Should you choose to signup for our services, we will be in frequent contact with you as associated with your service dates.
• On the dates of service, pets shall be contained within the home. We will check before we enter the property and will attempt to contact you before entry should they be in the service area. If we do not get a hold of you within 10 to 15 minutes will move on and call to reschedule.

Environmental Considerations

• Grass should not exceed a estimated height of 5 inches or more on the day of services. This is due to tall grass compromissing our teams visibility which hinders the quality of the poop scoop services. We will reschedule for grass heights that exceed 5 inches in height. We want ensure that we can provide you with quality service each and every visit.
• Leaves should not exceed a reasonable amount. Excessive leaf coverage hinders visibility and makes it extremely difficult to locate and collect the waste. We ask this due to the fact that we are not providing pickup of excessive yard refuse beyond pet waste.
• Regarding inclement weather, we will reschedule for thunderstorms, snowfall, moderate to torrential rains, periods of black flag condition heat, and other conditions we deem at the time to put our team at risk of unnecessary duress.
